Mike S. is a personal
trainer, a licensed running coach and is certified in sports medicine through NASM. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Washington and Jefferson College, where he studied Exercise Physiology. He specializes primarily in circuit and functional training, and teaches
group, senior, and

Debby P. is a certified personal trainer through ACE, a lifestyle coach and lifestyle management nutrition specialist.
As Club Julian’s Wellness Director, she works with people of all levels and trains according to each person’s needs and abilities.
With 16 years' experience, she motivates members to overcome plateaus by regularly analyzing their workouts and making appropriate corrections.
Chelsea C. is a certified personal trainer, women’s fitness trainer through NASM and an ACE group fitness instructor who concentrates in High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.), boot camps, strength and conditioning training.
Chelsea has earned a Master's Degree from Masaryk University in the Czech Republic. She believes in establishing concrete goals to find what you love and stick with it.
Jordan G. studied Exercise Science and Sports Medicine for his undergraduate and graduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh. He is HFI certified and focuses on strength and functional training.
Jordan believes that working out is more of a marathon than a sprint:

Wes F. is a graduate of Slippery Rock University where he studied Exercise Science. Certified in exercise physiology and personal training through ACSM, he works on all aspects of training, but specializes in functional training and working with athletes to enhance their performance.
Wes is very goal-oriented and encourages members to break their overall objectives into mini-goals to stay motivated.
Roland W. is a Slippery Rock University Sport Management and Human Resource Management graduate who also has his Masters in Business Administration from Point Park University.
Certified in massage therapy and personal training through ACE, he trains members of all
levels and skill-sets.
Roland approaches each member based on their personal ability and puts together a program to benefit their overall development.
Anthony O. is a personal trainer through NASM with certifications in CPR and AED. He specializes in correctional exercise, nutrition, and the overall building of muscles.
He is a graduate of The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, where he studied graphic and entertainment design.
A firm believer in making sure all exercises are done in proper form, Anthony knows that you don’t have to be the gym hero, and that it is better to use less weight correctly.
George L. is ACE certified and is a balance specialist who teaches several senior classes at Club Julian. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Iowa where he was a student athlete on the varsity football team and went on to obtain a Masters at Slippery Rock University.
George enjoys designing programs for older adults and helping members who are new to strength
training reach their goals.
Alex K. is an ACSM
certified personal trainer specializing in functional, resistance and full range motion training. He's a
Penn State University
grad who holds Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology with a Fitness Studies discipline.
Alex trains with a holistic approach to promote the overall benefits of fitness by personalizing workouts for members' unique goals and body types.
