Secrets To Maintaining Strong, Healthy Bones on Mar. 21

Greetings Club Julian Members,

Originally scheduled in February, this Wellness Wednesday event was moved to March as a result of winter weather. Remember you are invited to attend for FREE and non-members are also welcome, so bring a friend and join us at Club Julian on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 (from 1-2pm) for an informative presentation that will reveal the newest findings on effective methods for maintaining strong, healthy bones.

Our bones support us and enable our mobility. They protect our brain, heart, and other organs from injury while storing important minerals that help keep our bones strong and then releasing them into the body when we need them.

Join Colleen Schomburg, of UPMC Centers for Rehab Services, as she presents an interactive seminar to help you learn everything you need to know about enhancing and preserving bone density to keep your body strong and healthy, including the effects exercise, diet, supplements and medicines can have on bone health.
