Deawna's invigorating 2-hour Foam Roller Workshop is back by popular demand on Sunday, May 20 from 3:30-5:30pm! Register by Sunday, May 13 for reduced pricing.

Deawna will walk you step-by-step through using a foam roller to reduce aches, pains, knots and tension throughout the body. And when you register for this class, you‘ll receive a free high-density foam roller from Deawna that is yours to keep.

The foam roller is very versatile and can be used for warm-up, exercise, post-workout recovery, self-massage and relaxation. You‘ll learn various techniques ranging from the traditional movements of rolling on the floor to modifications such as using a wall or chair, so you can get the most out of using the foam roller.
