Greetings Club Julian Members,

Our Wellness Wednesday events are held every month and we want to remind you that you are invited to attend them for FREE. Non-members are also welcome, so bring a friend and join us at Club Julian on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 (from 1-2pm) for an informative presentation that will focus on the best Exercises For A Healthy Heart.

Presented by Darlene Loebig, Clinical Manager of Cardiopulmonary Rehab at UPMC Passavant, this interactive seminar will help you to discover the best exercises for a healthy heart by utilizing the "FITT" principle: Frequency, Intensity, Time and Type of activities. You'll learn what your heart rate numbers mean and what your healthy heart rate should be. And, you'll explore workout options that strengthen your heart without being hard on your body.
