Improve Your Wellness With Muscle Conditioning

Greetings Club Julian Members,

If you knew that a certain type of exercise could benefit your heart, improve your balance, strengthen your bones, build endurance, and help you lose weight all while making you look and feel better, wouldn't you want to get started? Studies show that strength training provides all those benefits and more - but how can you effectively (and safely) add strength (resistance) training into your wellness routine?

If you're not sure about what to do when it comes to strength training or the proper techniques for using free weights, join former Club Julian trainer Jordan Gates for Principles of Programming, his new 12-week series focused on overall strength gains. Members and non-members are invited to check out the program during a free intro class on Saturday, January 19 (from 3-4pm).

The series will cover three training phases including hypertrophy (building muscle), strength increases, and peaking (beneficial recovery to improve performance).

This results-producing, 12-session program is affordably priced at only $125 for members and non-members. Classes will run Saturdays from 3-4pm beginning January 26 through April 13.
