Introducing Muscular Conditioning Classes At Club Julian

Greetings Club Julian Members,

Club Julian is excited to introduce a new six-session series focused on Muscle Conditioning and Strength Training with Trainer Jordan. Muscle conditioning is a specific set of exercises that are performed in order to strengthen the muscles in the body and improve overall endurance. Classic powerlifting exercises including the squat, bench press and deadlift make up this training program and are the core fundamentals to building a strong body.

You'll learn how these simple exercises can achieve faster results because they work larger muscle groups with compund movements to deliver more 'bang' for your workout time. Trainer Jordan will show you effective techniques and proper form to build strength quickly.

Try the free intro class on Saturday, January 21st from 1-2 pm to learn more about the program and the workouts involved in the series. Classes will run every Saturday from 1-2pm beginning February 4 through March 11. This pilot series is limited to ony 8 participants so be sure to register and reserve your spot soon.
