GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

At Club Julian, our goal is to offer our members a variety of group fitness classes including floor and step aerobics, cardio kickboxing, yoga and Pilates. Our wide assortment of classes offers every member an opportunity to participate, regardless of your fitness or experience level. With more than 70 group fitness classes each week, we have something exciting for everyone at Club Julian!

CLUB JULIAN'S EXPANDED AEROBICS PROGRAM is bigger and better with new classes, instructors and equipment!  Come in and see the newest way to take a step class -- on a Bosu ball!  Bosu balls aren't just for stepping: we've added a Bosu Sculpt class to help tone and tighten your core without hurting your back.

PILATES, PILOTS or PIE-LATES? Have you wondered just what this class with the funny name is?  It's actually pronounced "puh-law-teez" and is named after Joseph Pilates, its creator.  In addition to the many Pilates and Pilates-based classes we offer, we've added a Pilates 101 class for beginners to learn more about this wonderful core strengthening class.  Give it a try - and be surprised!

PUMP IT UP! Club Julian has installed a brand new, state-of-the-art sound system to add extra impact and motivation to our high energy fitness classes.

We also offer water aerobics classes for those who prefer the comfort and safety of the aquatic atmosphere. Many of our water aerobics classes are perfect for our members who have arthritis or joint pain, but don’t be fooled – you’ll get a great workout, burn calories and have fun!
