ABSOLUTION:
Focus on the core muscles that support your entire body and enjoy a good stretch to lengthen and relax your muscles before and/or after a workout.

AQUA EXPRESS:
This water class is designed to accommodate all functional abilities and ages. It will improve balance, flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular endurance.

BODY BURN:
A high intensity, full-body workout routine that does just that. You will feel it tomorrow.

BODY SCULPT:
This class utilizes light weights and repetitive movements to develop lean muscle while increasing strength and endurance.

BOSU STEP / SCULPT:
A great workout for your core, this class splits your time between stepping and sculpting exercises that utilize the Bosu. It's a fun combination class that will challenge you!

CARDIO FUSION:
This floor aerobic workout is a fun and energetic mix of floor combinations, aerobics, toning, and stretching.

EVERYTHING BUT:

This class is designed for those who don't necessarily want a choreographed routine, but still want a vigorous workout.This class includes everything but the kitchen sink.

GET ON THE BALL:

Effective exercises using a stability ball that will strengthen, lengthen, tone and sculpt your body.

HIP HOP HUSTLE:
High energy exercises fused with a hip hop pulse to tone muscles and burn calories.

HYDRO HI/LO:

This cardiovascular water training class focuses on using all of the muscles in your body and it is adaptable for all fitness levels.

HYDRO POWER:

A powerful water workout that refreshes and energizes. A great fat burning workout!

HYDRO TBC (TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING):

Tone every muscle group while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere of the pool.

INTRO TO YOGA:
This mind body class will introduce you to yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques used in the scheduled yoga classes.

JUMP N PUMP:

A fun and energetic interval class that combines jumping rope and body sculpting. This is truly the perfect cardio combo.

KEEPIN' IT LOW:
A low impact cardio class that hits every muscle group to get your heart pumping - without any fancy choreography.

KICKBOXING:
This is a powerful aerobic workout that uses movements from the fighting style of kickboxing.

MORNING MIX:

This pot luck class will keep you guessing. You never know what type of cardio class you will get, boot camp, hi/lo, step or kickboxing. Whatever the class, you will enjoy it!

PILATES:

A mind/body workout that teaches body awareness and good posture. It will improve your flexibility, agility and strength, particularly of the abs and low back.

PILATES 101:

A beginner level class to increase core strength, improve posture and flexibility.  Individual attention given.

PiYo:

A unique mat class that combines Pilates, yoga, dance and strength moves for a unique toning and flexibility workout.

PUMP IT UP:
Increase your strength, muscle tone, and endurance with this total body workout using free weights, body bars, and resistance tubing.

RESIST IT :
A unique water class that specifically trains your muscles using strength and conditioning exercises combined with the resistance of the water.

STEP:
Have fun and get a great workout with energizing step patterns that will be sure to work your heart and lungs, while targeting your lower body.

STEP & STUFF:
A 90-minute block filled with approximately one hour of traditional, choreographed step, followed up with 30 minutes of creative cardio sculpting that incorporates less-than-traditional equipment including: Bender Balls, Gliding Disks, Drums and anything else that might be handy. It's a flexible and energizing start to your Saturday!

STRETCH:
This class includes an invigorating series of slow moves combined with deep breathing to build heat. A final stretching segment allows the body to cool down, releasing stress and tension.

THERAPEUTIC WAVES:
A gentle form of water exercise therapy to ease your discomfort from arthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, and other ailments.

TURBO KICK:
The newest fitness fusion class. This workout will give you components of kickboxing, dance, and martial arts. Great fun for all ages and fitness levels!

W.W.W.:
Water, walking, and weights. A slower paced pool workout that develops endurance, strength, and range of motion. Good for arthritis and post-rehab.

X-YOGA:
Sweaty yoga that's fun, aggressive and challenging. Set to a more rapid pace, with rock music, X-Yoga builds strength, burns calories and renews energy.

YOGA:
A mind/body class to enhance your balance, strength, and flexibility. Learn breathing and relaxation techniques to help ease the stress of your busy day.

YOGA/YOGABALL:
This unique class combines working on the stability ball for balance and strength with the benefits of yoga.

YOGA STRENGTH:
A power yoga class with the option of adding hand weights for an additional challenge. A great class for developing flexibility, core stability, balance and building overall bone density.

ZUMBA:
An exciting fusion of Latin and International music styles to create an energizing interval training routine.
