This is a powerful aerobic workout that uses movements from the fighting style of kickboxing.
MORNING MIX:

PILATES:

PILATES 101:
A beginner level class to increase core strength, improve posture and flexibility. Individual attention given.
PiYo:
A unique mat class that combines Pilates, yoga, dance and strength moves for a unique toning and flexibility workout.
PUMP IT UP:
Increase your strength, muscle tone, and endurance with this total body workout using free weights, body bars, and resistance tubing.
RESIST IT :
A unique water class that specifically trains your muscles using strength and conditioning exercises combined with the resistance of the water.
STEP:
Have fun and get a great workout with energizing step patterns that will be sure to work your heart and lungs, while targeting your lower body.
STEP & STUFF:
A 90-minute block filled with approximately one hour of traditional, choreographed step, followed up with 30 minutes of creative cardio sculpting that incorporates less-than-traditional equipment including: Bender Balls, Gliding Disks, Drums and anything else that might be handy. It's a flexible and energizing start to your Saturday!
STRETCH:
This class includes an invigorating series of slow moves combined with deep breathing to build heat. A final stretching segment allows the body to cool down, releasing stress and tension.
THERAPEUTIC WAVES:
